Welcome to 2025! We're back in the game and this time I explore the concept of world building, in the context of personal narratives and self-fulfilling prophecies. Using my own experience, I share my experiences with relationships, anxiety, and the narratives I create in my head that often lead to misunderstandings, isolation, and assumptions.
