Here is an example of Self Love. Self Love comes in many forms. The raw nature and ability for me to be honest with myself is powerful. It’s about loving on you with positive reinforcement and transparency at least that’s what it is for me. I took a moment to record an audio letter to myself to remind me of how resilient I am. I reminded myself that it’s ok to recognize the struggle as long as we get back up and keep going. We all manage our stresses different and we do the best we can so that we can yield a positive outcome. The humility I express in this audio letter is exactly what I believe I needed. It will sound different for all. I would like anyone listening to take away the fact that it’s ok to admit to yourself that you’re struggling.
