Aiming to be green is not a new idea. There are a number of distilleries within Scotland (and the around the world) that are taking measures to improve their processes while reducing their carbon foot print. What is new is a distillery who leads with this idea. From their barley, to their boiler, to their bottles, Nc'nean distillery have proven themselves to be good stewards of our planet while producing whisky that they're incredibly proud of (because it's wonderfully delicious).
