While many people associate seasonal depression with winter, Arizona's extreme summer temperatures can create their own mental health challenges. We discussed practical ways to stay connected, active, and engaged during the hottest months of the year, from museums and indoor activities to finding community and making time for yourself.We also spent time discussing current events, LGBTQ+ issues, community news, and the loss of beloved Phoenix icon Regina Wells.
