SEASON I - EPISODE 12: Banging Body Today, But What's Tomorrow?

from Sentiments 2 Self · host Sam & Meme

I think working out, drinking water, staying active, and living a healthier lifestyle sounds and looks good, but it’s not really what people want to do. I am so over the cute pics in workout clothes with zero sweat being displayed. I find it crazy how society promotes these really nice and curvy bodies, but propose no real “how to.” Whether you have a nice body by working out, hitting the table, or doing nothing, I think it’s important to talk about how we take care of it. Now-a-days, the things that make you a bad bxtch are just crazy. I want to talk about how important it is for the woman to take care of her body. We carry and nourish the children, prepare the meals for the family, and ultimately, we are the ones looking out for the family health wise. How can women take better care of  their bodies? My friend, Mo Bey, joins this conversation and really drops knowledge. Not only is Mo living a healthier lifestyle, but she owns two businesses, Empress Skin and Herb Muva, and both promote wellness. Mo is like the older sister I never had and I truly appreciate the advice and support that she selflessly gives anytime I am in her presence! This conversation was just another example of how you have to find women around that are like-minded and trying to better themselves, because they can help you along the way!
