SEASON III -Episode 11: Helping or Hating

This week's conversation was much needed for friends, family, and even intimate relationships. We explored the topic of "subliminal hating," slick comments, and overall underlying shade from people that are supposedly close to you. From there, we posed the question, "Is it helpful or hating?" Sometimes people close to you say "little things" that can rub you the wrong way, but more than likely when it's addressed, it's said to be advice or help, but in all actuality it was SIMPLY HATING! Ashara , also known as @sharnecole via Instagram joined the conversation to share her perspective, which was an amazing addition to the episode, because she is a woman that knows her worth and does not settle for less.
