I'm going to try & explain it, but the reality is to share verbatim is dangerous when people made choices that were obviously wrong, making me ask why do that? Arrogance? Knowledge the system is too broken? Or just irrational thinking & poor judgement since can't see the bigger picture. When teachers ask questions, know that they already know the answer to them [mostly] & the issue is control of another who is #bullying & they just want it to stop. When someone puts their fingers in their ears, it's a behavior I did once & realized, I'm reLIVING THIS THROUGH THEM so my voice is the microphone for the behaviors that led someone to make a choice that absolutely come back & bite them.
