Second-Wave Lockdown Strategy: For Gyms, Studios & Bootcamps

from Fitness Business Blueprint with Justin Devonshire · host Fitness Business Blueprint

Lockdown business plan for gyms: The second wave of lockdowns is hitting gyms already. Some are closed. Yours might be next. I hope that’s not true, and our locations can all stay open. However, in business it’s best to hope the best... but plan for the worst. So here’s the strategy we’ll be using should our multiple locations be forced into another lockdown. Some things are the same as I advised you before the previous lockdown. However, I believe this second wave will be very different. We will be therefore be doing some new things that we didn’t last time. Listen in and I’d love to hear your feedback and thoughts.
