Coach Chris meets with Coach Ben Turits from The Endurance Collective, who specializes in bike fit. What sets him apart is that he's a massage therapist specializing in corrective exercise. With his background, he brings a bit of a different perspective to bike fit, or what he calls, a "fun detective game."What's unique about Ben's fit process is that he does a thorough movement assessment, before and after videos, bodywork and corrective exercise as part of the process.
