Sarah was born and grew up in Singapore, she studied Business and graduated from University of Ottawa in Canada in 1989. Sarah founded Sweet Secrets in 1999 as one of the first artisanal western style bakeries in Hong Kong. It is the go-to bakery for both gastronomical and health needs.  Sweet Secrets has pioneered a diverse line of alternative desserts.  The free from desserts are free from the ingredients that can potentially cause health risks.  The cake choices include Conventional, Gluten-free, no refined sugar, Paleo, Eggless, Dairy Free, Nut Free, Vegan, Sugar free, Low Carb and Diabetic.Cakes were her love as a small child. Cakes are seen by some people as being sinful  and Sarah's vision of promoting the concept of healthy cakes developed over time. For Sarah it's a science and an art, developing choice for her clientele.
