Story Transcript:

Cy: Gethin oedd yn troedio heibio bryniau gwynion y Brecon Beacons, y gwynt oer yn taranu drwy'i got drwchus.
En: Gethin was treading past the white hills of the Brecon Beacons, the cold wind roaring through his thick coat.

Cy: Ei feddwl yn brwydro, llawn o ddryswch am ei berthynas ddiweddar.
En: His mind was battling, full of confusion about his recent relationship.

Cy: Roedd y llwybr hwn i Lyn y Fan Fach yn adnabyddus am ei harddwch, ond hefyd am fod yn heriol.
En: This path to Llyn y Fan Fach was known for its beauty, but also for being challenging.

Cy: Serch hynny, roedd Gethin yn benderfynol i gyrraedd, yn chwilio am eglurder yng nghanol y mynyddoedd sanctaidd hyn.
En: Nevertheless, Gethin was determined to reach it, searching for clarity amidst these sacred mountains.

Cy: Wrth iddo edrych i lawr, gwelodd ei draed yn plygu o dan y symiau mawr o eira, ei anadl yn symud yn gyflymach.
En: As he looked down, he saw his feet bending under the large amounts of snow, his breath moving faster.

Cy: Yn sydyn, cronodd flinder ym mwiau ei goesau.
En: Suddenly, fatigue collected in the muscles of his legs.

Cy: Nid oedd yn arwain yr offer iawn nac wedi cyneithio'n ddigonol ar gyfer amodau'r gaeaf.
En: He wasn't equipped with the right gear nor was he adequately insulated for winter conditions.

Cy: Fodd bynnag, roedd ei ben yn llawn o'r angen i glirio ei feddwl, ac ymlid osgoi syndod perthnasol tra bod ei galon yn cymhlethu.
En: However, his head was full of the need to clear his mind and avoid any unexpected emotions while his heart complicated matters.

Cy: Wrth i'r nôs fynd yn ddyfnach ac yn oerni, collodd ei gydbwysedd ar rhisgl rhewllyd a syrthiodd i'r ddaear.
En: As the night deepened and the cold intensified, he lost his balance on an icy bark and fell to the ground.

Cy: Roedd y tywydd yn bygwth ei ddiogelwch yn gyflym.
En: The weather quickly threatened his safety.

Cy: Roedden nhw'n ei wneud ar y llwybr hwnnw ar ei ben ei hun yn awr yn ymddangos yn benderfyniad anghywir.
En: Being on that path alone now seemed like a wrong decision.

Cy: Pan oedd y byd yn dechrau wyro'n anhysbys, gwelodd ffigwr yn dynesu.
En: When the world began to tilt into the unknown, he saw a figure approaching.

Cy: Myfanwy oedd hwn, ei swnian llais yn y dŵr, "Ydych chi'n iawn?
En: It was Myfanwy, her voice murmuring in the air, "Are you alright?

Cy: Mae'r tymheredd yn syrthio'n isel iawn.
En: The temperature is dropping very low."

Cy: "Gethin, sefyll ar ei draed gyda gafael Myfanwy, eisoes yn teimlo dadleuol rhwng parhau a rhoi'r gorau iddi.
En: Gethin, standing on his feet with Myfanwy's support, already felt torn between continuing and giving up.

Cy: "Nid wyf yn siŵr beth i'w wneud," meddai.
En: "I'm not sure what to do," he said.

Cy: "Byddwn yn croesawu echryd o gymorth.
En: "I would welcome a lot of help."

Cy: " Pan ymunodd Rhys, y parc-rhingyll lleol, roedd yn glirio o'r posib o ddigwyddiadau.
En: When Rhys, the local park ranger, joined, he made the gravity of the situation clear.

Cy: “Cawn eich helpu chi,” dywedodd gyda llawer o drueni yn ei lais.
En: “We'll help you,” he said with a lot of sympathy in his voice.

Cy: "Mae'n bwysig deall ein cyfyngiadau.
En: "It's important to understand our limitations.

Cy: Byddem yn eich tywys i le cynnes.
En: We will guide you to a warm place."

Cy: "Fe helpodd Myfanwy ac Rhys i hynt â Gethin yn ddiogel i ganolfan wersylloedd gerllaw.
En: Myfanwy and Rhys safely helped Gethin to a nearby campsite.

Cy: Wrth iddo orffwys o flaen tân cynnes, roedd Gethin yn trafod gwerth ei iechyd dros gyflawni nod a oedd yn gyfethedig ar gyfer lloches emosiynol.
En: As he rested in front of a warm fire, Gethin contemplated the value of his health over achieving a goal aimed at emotional solace.

Cy: Deallodd fod derbyn cynhaliaeth oddi wrth eraill yn gryfder, nid yn wendid.
En: He understood that accepting support from others is a strength, not a weakness.

Cy: Roedd y gwersyll gysavol hwnnw nid yn unig wedi ei adfer ar ei draed ond hefyd wedi ailagor ei galon tuag at gwmnïaeth dda.
En: That comforting camp not only restored him on his feet but also reopened his heart towards good company.

Cy: Roedd y nen glir, ac mor arwddus i weld y byd gyda llygad newydd, Gethin yn sylwi nad oedd yn unig mwyach yng nghanol y cymoedd mynyddig hynny.
En: The sky was clear, and so eager to see the world with fresh eyes, Gethin realized he was no longer alone in those mountainous valleys.

Cy: Roedd gadael i eraill ddod ato wedi ei greu'n llwydd i orweliau newydd heb ei redeg ei ben ei hun mwyach.
En: Letting others come to him allowed him to venture into new horizons without running alone anymore.
