Summary

Proverbs 31 lays out the virtuous, wise woman. A woman who is disciplined, who has integrity, and who does not walk in fear of the future. After spending an entire book telling men to be wise, Solomon uses the last chapter of Proverbs to show that there is already an example of wisdom in a woman. Pastor Gene uses the Hebrew translations to show how God built wisdom into a woman when Eve was created. While discerning wisdom was built into a woman, men seek after it and ask God for it. James 1:5-8 "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God..." Everyone is praying for a miracle, but is wisdom the miracle we are all looking for? We pray for moms and women that they would walk in the wisdom that God has given them, and that He would use them to shape the course of their families. We pray for men who need a breakthrough for whatever obstacles are in from of them to ask God for wisdom in that circumstance!
