Its that time of the year! The festive Holidays, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanza! And with that comes obligations, demands are imposed, expectations are set, and quite frankly it becomes difficult to live up to what the Holidays represent. Everyone is not feeling joyous. The holidays can bring sadness and emptiness. This is why self-care is so important. Life doesn't stop because you have personal feelings about the season, we have to manage and be able to separate the necessary from the unnecessary activities we will participate in.
