Self Care Sunday - The Message is Clear...

In this episode, I immerse myself in a meditative state inspired by the image shown here. As I float in the serene waters of Isla Saona, I experienced a profound sense of detachment from the world. It prompted me to reflect on what I truly desire from life, and my answer was simply peace. The next thought that arose was how I could achieve that peace. While still buoyed by the stunningly clear water, I felt the warmth of the sun on my face, and a message resonated within me. I can't quite put into words the sensation, but it felt like a guiding force leading me toward something extraordinary. Together with my StereoApp community, we discussed the challenges we face in achieving our goals and explored ways to overcome those obstacles. We drew inspiration from real-life scenarios presented in "Life is My Guru" by Dr. Bobby Price.
