Selling ourselves short

I recorded this podcast to try to encourage myself to keep going.  For most of my life I've told myself in one form or another that I wasn't up to the task and should just give up.  At the same time, I've also always believed I have tremendous potential and am committed to realizing as much of it as I can.  These 2 parts of me have been at odds with each other.  I am hoping to resolve or at least reduce the conflict.
