In honor of Veterans Day, I am interviewing Candyce Haynes, a former Marine and now comedian.  Meet Comedian Candynce Haynes-Forrester. Candyce Haynes-Forrester, is an American comedian, professional speaker, broadcaster, producer, host and actress. She is known as the best of both worlds of motivational speaker and comedy. She first gained recognition for her work in professional speaking working with her mentor Emmy Awarding motivational guru Les Brown. Candyce was also a member of the US Marines for four years. There have been women in the United States Marine Corps since 1918, and women continue to serve in the Corps. As of 2020, women make up 8.9% of total active-duty Marines. These numbers give the Marine Corps the lowest ratio of women in all of the U.S military branches.  She's brilliant, beautiful and funny.
