Friends of the Rosary,In today’s Gospel (Matthew 18:15-20), on the twenty-third Sunday in Ordinary Time, Jesus teaches how to seek reconciliation when someone sins."I say to you,whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven,and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven."Love is not passive.
