MISTER.K (INDIA) Mister.K is an artist who is not in the slightest bit derivative and is completely in conjunction with the realm of sound and everything that accompanies it. The man is not your average friendly neighbourhood dj but so much more than that. The mastermind behind LOCALS, founder of the award winning agency Locals A&R, and architect of the fabled music festival Locals District, Mister.K has accumulated accolades for stepping up the underground music game of the capital. Starting his journey in 2006, he looks back to his teenage years, vicariously playing music for parties and get togethers of friends and family, not knowing how to make this passion a profession, Mister.K soon found his calling at a fashion week after party where he spotted a dj doing his thing, deciding therefore that this is what he wanted to do in life. He soon learnt the art and the rest is history. Mister.K has since headlined a number of clubs and travelled all over consciously spreading his sound across the nation. His music can be dubbed as the perfect fusion of new world electronica and old school acid, creating a superlative dance floor synergy that has to have everybody grooving. His love for the uncontaminated acid sounds has birthed him a niche of its own.
