In those instances, teenage boys are either enticed, tricked or threatened into sending sexually explicit content to someone who then blackmails them. There have been a number of suicides connected to this crime. Peter, Debi, and Sam discuss the need to change some of our federal and state-level laws to better protect victims and to prevent the targeting of children. This includes a need to revisit Section 230, which shields internet companies from liability for actively distributing or refusing to remove child sexual abuse material.
