Shadow Work and Relationships with Rainier Wylde

This week in The Labia Lounge I chat with someone I really respect and who's perspectives and experience I value highly. Rainier Wylde is a deep thinker, a poetic wordsmith, and a kind heart, and I was lucky enough to get him on to chat about shadow work and authentic relating.We talk about what shadow work actually is, how we can uncover and recognise our shadow, and how we can start to integrate these parts of ourselves.
