Shadow Work and Relationships with Rainier Wylde

from The Labia Lounge

This week in The Labia Lounge I chat with someone I really respect and who's perspectives and experience I value highly. Rainier Wylde is a deep thinker, a poetic wordsmith, and a kind heart, and I was lucky enough to get him on to chat about shadow work and authentic relating. We talk about what shadow work actually is, how we can uncover and recognise our shadow, and how we can start to integrate these parts of ourselves. We discuss why this work is so important and how it relates to the shit that comes up when we're in relationship. We go into a bunch of juicy conversations about long-term relating, "doing the work" on ourselves and in relationship, how to handle it when our shadows, triggers and trauma come up in relationships and when to double down on the work versus when to throw in the towel when a relationship is too much work. Rainier talks us through the three essential components a relationship needs to be healthy and successful, and we touch upon some really fascinating concepts that aren't taught or talked about enough. This is a fab episode that I know you'll enjoy, and I highly recommend checking out Rainier's work and getting around his wonderful content - though I know once you listen to this one you'll need no prompting from me to seek out more of his wisdom!Check out his work here: https://rainierwylde.substack.com/ , https://www.rainierwylde.com/Plus you can expect all the usual antics and hilarious, vulnerable n' relatable personal stories and signature segments that you've come to know and love here in The Labia Lounge!Make sure you're subscribed for more LL action, and it'd absolutely warm my heart and tickle my clit if you'd leave a gushing review or five star rating for the poddy!*** Join my Labia Lounge Facebook group for extra content, Q & As, freebies from my guests, discounts and to be part of a rad and supportive community of labial legends! www.facebook.com/groups/thelabialounge/Grab a P*ssy Magnet and check out the new Labia Lounge MERCH over here (there's even fanny packs if the standard tote bags and tees ain't cuttin' it for ya!): https://www.freyagraf.com/productsonline-trainingsAnd chuck me a follow here: https://www.instagram.com/freyagraf_thelabialounge/AND here: (my backup account cos I keep offending the Algorithms-that-be) https://www.instagram.com/freya.graf/Or support me and the poddy by buying me an extra hot soy chai latte (yes, that is my coffee order cos I'm a bit of a tosser like that) here: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/freyagraf Hosted on Acast.
