Tonight we were joined by Shane Vitko. Shane is a podcast co-host on Deviant Gentlemen and Boston and the Brit. He is also a Veteran, Breathwork Coach and stand up Comedian. Shane has literally been through the ringer in his life. He has a story that could have been anyone of ours, or most of our friends. Listen to how a set of typical circumstances lead him from hanging with friends to prison and how he went from being an addict to being over two years sober and successful not to mention just a kick ass human being. This is our longest episode to date but probably one of our most relatable and translatable when it comes to our circle. We hope you enjoy our last guest of 2020.
