近日上海星巴克一门店内，有顾客发视频称，当天一名女子持续辱骂店员长达10来分钟，店员始终默默忍受。拍摄者表示，原本美好的心情被女子破坏，因无法忍受选择走人。8月25日涉事星巴克工作人员称，被骂员工是小姑娘，最后委屈落泪。起因是店员忙中出错，少给女子点了一杯饮品，工作人员事后第一时间送饮品安抚，并免单处理，但女子情绪仍未平复持续发泄情绪。最后同行男士代为道歉，表示女子情绪较难控制。如今为什么这么容易上火呢？
