Shaping Your Identity with Vanessa Sottile and Nubia Enriquez

I'm so excited to have my dearest girlfriends Vanessa and Nubia back on the show! We finally got the whole gang together! Which if you have busy friends can be a tough thing to coordinate right?! We were really so excited to record this conversation for you....because I know you might not have super supportive women in your life right now so we wanted to INCLUDE YOU! We're talking about breaking away from societal expectations, pursuing your own path, and all of the challenges that come along the way. Cause hunnnay, we knowwwww how crazy life can get at times!  We've found that it becomes easier with age as you care less about what others think, and realize that prioritizing yourself is the real goal. But at any stage or age, setting personal boundaries with yourself and others is crucial for maintaining healthy relationships and creating space for personal growth.   Throughout life, we learn important truths that shape our identity and help us move forward. While we can't change the past, we can let go of it and embrace a new version of ourselves. It's important to take time to connect with ourselves and figure out what we truly need and want. (This is what we call doing "the work"). We should pursue growth with grace and love towards ourselves and others. Moving forward can be difficult, but it's necessary.  We can allow the hard shit to still be FUN and beautiful.   Vanessa is a successful entrepreneur turned "stay-at-home" mom, who has developed daily habits to help her be the best version of herself. She loves to share her story and the lessons she's learned to positively impact others. Baby Emma is one lucky girl to have her as her momma!   Nubia is a passionate, energetic, and loving person who radiates positivity to everyone she encounters. Her daily goal is to spread happiness and love for life to the world. She lives and breathes this as her truth.    These women have become my closest female friends in the recent years through our intentional actions to nurture and grow independently and together!  I love that they were open to coming on the show to share their lives.
