In this solocast, I discuss why sharing our stories is so incredibly powerful. Is there something from your past that you’re holding on to, afraid to reveal it to the world? Maybe it’s a tale of trauma, or of overcoming the odds, or some other aspect of your life that makes you feel vulnerable.I talk about how opening up about my encounter with a brain tumour actually flipped my script from being a victim to being an empowered leader who is driven by service to others.
