She and The Mirror

My infatuation with a mirror was something that would aways capture my attention. This was not just any mirror but one that hung on the wall in my mother's bedroom. Daily I would look in the mirror from a young child until my adulthood. When I began to wear makeup, I would do that in the bathroom mirror. One would have thought I would check my makeup in the wall mirror since it was almost the size of the wall. I remember my mother telling me that I was the vainest person she ever knew. Wow to her my say one would have thought my feelings would have been hurt not me, why should I let those words bother me. What was I really looking at in that mirror? My Hair
