She Reclaimed Her POWER.

The Merriam Dictionary has four definitions of power, but I am only going to point out two that I can relate to: 1.possession of control, authority, or influence over others. 2.the ability to act or produce an effect It's in your power to change things It's been two months since I have Podcasted or blogged, I began reflecting on the word POWER. Throughout those two months I noticed that I began to surround my personal space with toxic people that I had given access to my power without realizing the toxic energy they were bringing with them toxicity that affected me in such a way that I no longer focused on my passion but took up residency in their space of emptiness and nothing that was not worth my energy. My time off was wasted on those toxic people who were more concerned about themselves and didn’t care about my passion. As I watched the selfishness of others it was then I realized that I had given others access to my power and they were renting space in my head. Two months of this was more than I could endure, and it was time to take back my power. After a two-month hiatus and clearing out the toxic energy I have awakened and reclaimed my POWER. I am back with more passion to continue my podcasts and blogging not just bringing awareness to Breast Cancer but the other detours that come with LIFE.
