She Stopped Judging Herself... and Everything Changed
from Age Slayers with Traci Lynn
Have you ever felt like you're living your life for everyone else? In this inspiring episode of Age Slayers, Traci sits down with Amanda, a mom of three from northwest Iowa who spent years battling anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, and the weight of other people's expectations. But everything began to change when Amanda stopped judging her emotions, stopped trying to be who everyone else expected her to be, and finally gave herself permission to simply be herself. One of the most powerful moments in this conversation is Amanda's reminder that we're not meant to be background characters in our own lives. It's time to become the main f*cking character in our own story. Together, Traci and Amanda explore: Why anxiety doesn't have to define your identity The danger of living for everyone else's expectations How therapy, deep personal work, and a "voice detox" helped Amanda rediscover herself What happens when you stop judging your emotions and start accepting them Why life truly begins when you decide that you're important too If you've spent years putting everyone else first, this episode is the reminder you've been waiting for. Because your next chapter doesn't start when life changes... It starts the moment you decide you matter.
