She Wins Interview - Faith Bates Pallone, Vocalist, Pageant Expert and Mother

Please welcome the most incredible human, Faith, to the podcast this week! From Heather, "Faith shares her heart and some of her journey on this podcast. She has helped me with mock interview workshops, full day workshops, and is one of my closest friends. She did compete in several Mrs. pageants after getting married and even held a national title." Faith Bates Pallone is no stranger to the stage. She has classical vocal training of over 15 years, 5 years of musical theater experience, and competed for the title of Miss Texas 4 times. She has won winning overall interview, overall talent, and overall swimsuit as well as 3 top 5 placements. She is dedicated to volunteerism and has been awarded 3 Presidential Community Service Awards as well as the Miss America and Miss Texas Community Service Awards for her work with veterans and pediatric cancer awareness. Over her 11 years in the nursing profession, she has worked in both hospice care and labor and delivery, seeing the first and last moments of her patients' lives has been a rewarding part of her journey.
