The Nile River was an Egyptian deity and Pharoh intended to drown the Jewish children in the impurity of the Egyptian deity.  If Yocheved realized that Moshe had the power to negate the klipeh of the Nile, why did she hide him for three months. What was so special about the day she placed him in the water?
