Sheriff Who Shot Judge May Go For Mental Health Defense

Former Letcher County Sheriff Mickey Stines will undergo a psychiatric exam to determine whether his attorneys will ask a jury to find that he wasn't criminally responsible for the shooting death of his longtime friend, Judge Kevin Mullins.
