TBSラジオで毎週日曜日午前6:30から関東2,500戸の酪農家の皆様のご協力とともにお送りしている『石川實DAIRY LIFE』。今回はまず、我慢して学ぶのではなく、アミューズメントパークのような楽しい学校の話題を紹介しました。さらに、先週まで2週に渡り紹介してきた山梨県清里の小清水牧場。ここの生乳はもちろん、清里に深く根ざした、ミルク工房「清里ミルクプラント」も紹介しました。こちらも5年ぶり、小清水牧場から車で5分ほど、清里「ともにこの森」の中にある「清里ミルクプラント」へ小清水牧場三代目、小清水市郎さんと共に向かったところ、ミルクプラントの工場長、菊原誉之さんが、あの味を用意して待っていてくれました。低温殺菌により、自然の風味を大切にした新鮮で美味しい清里の牛乳。この牛乳をもとに作られるヨーグルトやチーズの特徴や、清里の酪農家の方々の夢をかなえたミルクプラントの歴史などについてお聞きしました。番組で紹介した小清水牧場の生乳も使用されている清里ミルクプラントの[のむヨーグルト]と[チーズ]をセットにして、3名の方にプレゼントさせて頂きます。応募の受付は、4/28まで。詳細は、番組ホームページをご覧ください。
