今回はまず、新型コロナが及ぼしている子どもたちの心身への影響について考えてみました。その対策にもつながるルーズベルト大統領の過去の政策をもとに、今のバイデン大統領が進める政策も紹介しました。また、スタジオには世界ジェラート学術大使で、マルガージェラート代表の柴野大造さんをお迎えしました。ルールで定められたジェラートとは、どんなものなのか？石川県の能登で酪農を営まれていたご両親から学んだこと。幼いころの酪農体験。「人間は自然に生かされている」と考えるようになった中学時代。ミルクのすばらしさや、生命の食べ方を考えた頃のエピソードなどをお話頂きました。柴野さんには、次回6/27もご出演して頂きます。さらに、4月に紹介しプレゼントさせて頂きました清里ミルクプラントの「のむヨーグルト」と「チーズ」のセット。ご好評につき牛乳月間にあわせ、10名の方にプレゼントします。受付は、今月いっぱい。応募方法など詳しくは、番組ホームページをご覧ください。
