今回はまず、世界中で飲まれているコーヒーについて2種類の育て方による自然環境への影響と、ペルーの先住民がつくるコーヒーが森を守っている背景を紹介しました。また、スタジオには今回も、牛肉の卸を専門とする株式会社 東京宝山　代表取締役 荻澤紀子さんをお迎えしました。荻澤さんが「食」そして「牛」に携わることになった経緯。牛に感銘を受けたその素晴らしさ。畜産で成り立つ地域の自然と経済。岩手の「短角牛」の背景や、黒毛和牛にない魅力。自然にあった飼い方による脂の色。減りつつある牛の種類の現状などについてお話頂きました。荻澤さんには次回7/25もご出演して頂きます。
