以前、この番組で紹介した千葉県いすみ市の「いすみ高秀牧場」のスタッフが、新規就農されたとお聞きし、感染症対策をして、千葉県成田市に行ってきました。東関東自動車道　成田インターから10分ほどのドライブ。伺ったのは、鈴木牧場。小雨のパラつく中、新規就農された鈴木耕太朗さんが迎えてくれました。鈴木さんの酪農を志されたきっかけや、これまでの経歴。飲んで育った大好きな牛乳に携わる喜び。生産だけでなく教育活動への夢。現在の仕事の内容や、牛たちとの暮らしなどについてお話して下さいました。次回12/12も、鈴木牧場を紹介します。
