暑い日は牛乳で熱中症予防！今週は、千葉県千葉市にある金谷牧場の金谷雅史さんからメッセージが届きました。牛との暮らしは、おじいさまが、栃木県足利市から1頭の牛をリアカーにのせ歩いて連れてきたのが始まり。トラクターの普及により農耕用の牛が必要なくなり酪農をスタート。お父様が体調を崩され就農された金谷さん。就農後、大変だったことや、地域の方との繋がり、酪農という仕事の魅力、牛乳消費拡大を呼びかるSNSのXで毎月30日に「牛乳で乾杯」という取り組みなどについて語られていました。そして、スタジオには今週も、法政大学経営学部教授の木村純子先生をお迎えしました。トスカーナの特有な食品と集落の文化地歴史と景観、農業を志す若者に対する両親の気持ち、日本の農業人口から見えてくる問題点、イタリアにおける国としての対応、日本型テリトーリオを垣間見える実例、酪農家の方々への想い、消費者にとって必要とされることなどについてお話し頂きました。
