衛福部計畫推動失智症專門日照中心，把過去封閉式照顧轉換成開放式。因為目前正式照顧資源不足，「失智友善社區概念」更顯得重要！所以開放式失智日照中心將是未來長照２．０的推動重點，打破過去封閉式照顧模式，以減輕家屬照顧負擔。個案可在照服員協助下，在熟悉的環境內自由走動。此外，也會輔導地方政府招募失智友善天使，串聯居民、商家、廟宇等，幫助失智者在社區內安全行動不走失，不再把照顧的家屬當作唯一人力。日本在社區失智友善方面有許多成功的案例，台灣是否也能效法呢？我們是否做好準備了呢？在我們升級失智照顧之前，能不能在失智的預防上再強力道呢？ B&B Radio幫幫廣播網李希昌主持《有我照你》 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
