Shifting to Homo Spiritus with Sophie McLean

On today’s episode of Rock the Podcast, Jess interviews client and wisdom teacher, Sophie McLean! To illustrate, Sophie says that many of us might be a lioness, but trying to fit into a lamb’s costume. Identifying with the ego-mind means identifying with emotions, anxieties, regret, worry and a whole host of other problems.
