Shooting from the Hip

Good morning everyone, Carlos here. Today I'm trying a new technique for my running video by using a chest-mounted camera on a waist strap, which is lower to the ground and further from my voice. This is a test to see if it's more stable than when mounted on my chest, despite the wind noise issue. I haven't yet rigged a wind sock for the camera, but I'll be running along San Juan Avenue and through the forest of fun towards Mount Douglas. As this is an experiment, I'm curious to see how it performs and if it will be a viable technique for future videos.
