In this episode, I got to sit down for the second time with the wonderful human, Grace Hageman. Grace Hageman is a an Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service Technician for the US Department of Agriculture. In this episode we really get into Grace's journey with birth control and specifically her experience with the birth control shot also known as DepoProvera or the Depo shot. Grace talks about her experience with her gynecologist and how she made the choice to get on this form of birth control. It takes most people multiple birth control options before they find the one that works for them, so hearing Grace's experience is really validating and informative.
