Should you offer refunds?? Hmmmm.

from The Nicola Moras Show · host Nicola Moras

The first rule is this: if you feel you cannot stand up in a court of law, defending WHY you sold what you sold and to who, knowing in FULL INTEGRITY that it was the RIGHT and best thing for the client at the time... of if you're selling something that you know doesn't work.. then you should't only offer refunds, you should down your freaking business. With that out of the way, I want to assure you all that you do NOT have to offer nor provide refunds to people (outside of their statutory rights. Which you can look up. But essentially means that what you have sold them is not fit for purpose, not what you described or doesn't do what you said it would do). HOWEVER. You do need to make it clear on your sales calls, on your sales pages. I used to be really scared of making it really clear. I was worried that people woudn't buy if I was very open about it... and honestly it was one of my biggest fears back in the day, because every cent I made got absorbed and used back int he business. I didn't have a buffer. I didn't have a sugar daddy. I didn't have a 'refund fund' just sitting there in case someone asked for one. This morning I shared what you need to have in place to safeguard yourselves. Plus. Remember that you don't negotiate with terrorists. That's all! Enjoy the replay of Ep515
