Shout it out loud, February 11, 2019

The title of today's meditation comes from me listening to KISS,the band, this morning. I chose shouted it out loud because that is a song that is sung by KISS and mosty Ace Frehley. Normally I don't speak about politics but in this circumstance and this meditation it fits nicely into the meditation. If politics offend you or you don't wanna hear about it I totally understand if you skip this Podcast. But if you are adventurous I suggest you listen it's not as bad as it sounds.
