Conor, Mark and Gerard are back with Show 2 of The Final Split, featuring guest Emmett Dunleavy and usual features including Training Talk, Parkrun Podiums, Social Media Sprint, plenty of opinions and craic. Emmett Dunleavy is known to many on the Irish athletics circuit.
