Martin is facing the failure of his milk delivery business; his kids, Billy and Sophie, are striving to achieve their career ambitions with uncertain success. And his wife Kath, is just trying to keep them all on track. The whole while their kitchen sink just keeps malfunctioning. Enter Pete, a shy and slightly love-struck plumber, called on for repairs which tend to be required at the most hostile times. A charmingly tender and irresistibly funny play, about big dreams and small changes. Amid the dreaming, dramas and dirty dishes, something has to give. But will it be Kath or the kitchen sink? Keith Hutton Keith’s 54-year love affair with the stage has resulted in over 130 theatre productions in both Australia and the UK, predominantly as a performer, however over the past 15 years he has also directed a number of productions, most recently at Mordialloc Theatre Company with “Veronica’s Room” earlier this year. This is Keith’s debut as a Director at Brighton Theatre Company and his sole performance at this theatre was way back in 2005 with “Someone who’ll Watch Over Me”. Other directing ventures have included “The Last Romance” at Williamstown Little Theatre, “Til Beth Do Us Part” at 1812 Theatre, “One For The Pot” at Beaumaris Theatre and “Death Trap” at Malvern Theatre.
