Il gruppo austriaco ha nominato il professionista anche come presidente del Consiglio esecutivo: con questo ingresso, l’azienda intende rafforzare la propria posizione sui mercati internazionaliChristian Bachler (nella foto) ha ricoperto il ruolo di executive vice president di Fiskars Group, società finlandese di beni di consumo, dove ha guidato a livello globale l’area di business Vita, con un fatturato di circa 650 milioni di euro e circa 2.500 dipendenti. «In questa posizione ha gestito un portafoglio di marchi premium e di lusso di fama internazionale, promuovendone lo sviluppo strategico e operativo nei principali mercati degli Stati Uniti, dell’Europa e dell’Asia», precisa un comunicato di Silhouette.Bachler vanta più di 20 anni di esperienza manageriale internazionale, grazie anche al precedente ruolo di leadership in Swarovski, in particolare nelle aree prodotto, design e marketing, che evidenzia il suo orientamento al brand e alla centralità del cliente finale.L’attuale amministratore delegato Reinhard Mahr continuerà a supportare l’azienda in qualità di chief financial officer fino al suo pensionamento concordato, garantendo una transizione strutturata e senza soluzione di continuità.«Con Bachler nominiamo un ceo che svilupperà ulteriormente i nostri marchi, guiderà la crescita e porterà avanti con coerenza il processo di trasformazione, esattamente il tipo di leadership di cui abbiamo bisogno per la prossima fase del nostro sviluppo», dichiara nella nota il Supervisory Board di Silhouette.
