Simon Says: Invisible Environmental Threats on Recovery Now with Kim Justus

from A Recovery Now · host Kim Justus

A few weeks ago, my show discussed the Acoustic TBI, a topic you seldom hear about. There was a lot of interest expressed, so I got to thinking about other environmental threats to our bodies and brains. Immediately I recalled the weaponized microwave attack to a US Embassy, causing many severe TBI's. No one saw it coming. We have a lot of great technology like cells, 5G Towers, Microwave ovens, Bluetooth devices, smart watches, windmill farms .. Some for convenience and changing times, and some seeking "green".  We have heard a lot about the pros, and these things aren't going away .. But what are the trade-offs possibly effecting our health?  Simon and I will be discussing this, to raise awareness but also in hopes of finding ways to mitigate any damage that can be done. This show is a gathering place for anyone seeking recovery from the challenges of life on life's terms. We discuss useful tools that have helped us lighten the load, of our journey through recovery. This is a "we" recovery program, because it is in the "we," that we find the new "me." We focus on the four A's of Recovery: Awareness, Acceptance, Action and Adaptation. This is a place for survivor's striving to become thrivers, which takes a good bit of Warrior! Hosted by Kim Justus, author of In a Flash: Miracles Here and Beyond and Hootie’s Hollow and the Magic Tree found at inaflash.org and Amazon & "Like" me at facebook.com/inaflash.org too!
