Simon Says - Making a List, Checking it Twice on Recovery Now with Kim Justus

from A Recovery Now · host Kim Justus

Kim and Simon will be discussing both the merits, and pressures of "Lists". Whether it's a "To Do" List, list of symptoms to share with our practitioners, meds, grievances or pleasures .. We all need memory prompters to help us recall, or reset our priorities. Lists are not the "be all and end all" because if not used properly, they can cause undo pressure. Balance is the key! We just observed Memorial Day .. How did you show remembrance to our fallen troops, and loved ones? This show is a gathering place for anyone seeking recovery from the challenges of life on life's terms. We discuss useful tools that have helped us lighten the load, of our journey through recovery. This is a "we" recovery program, because it is in the "we," that we find the new "me." We focus on the four A's of Recovery: Awareness, Acceptance, Action and Adaptation. This is a place for survivor's striving to become thrivers, which takes a large Warrior spirit! Host is Kim Justus, author of In a Flash: Miracles Here and Beyond found at inaflash.org & "Like" at facebook.com/inaflash.org    Co-Host and Author, Simon Lewis can be found at: riseandshinethebook.com  and SimonLewis.us
