Simon Says: Spring Into Action on Recovery Now with Kim Justus

from A Recovery Now · host Kim Justus

Kim and Simon Lewis (Last WED Co-Host) will be discussing the evolving effects of Covid19 in our respective areas. Many of us were frozen like a deer in the headlights as this nightmare began. No matter what, like with our brain injury, life goes on. What types of "action" helps us to do so in the most productive ways?  We invite callers to join in the discussion, and share their shout-outs of the situation in their area, and how they are handling this unprecedented time.   This show is a gathering place for anyone seeking recovery from the challenges of life on life's terms. We discuss useful tools that have helped us lighten the load, of our journey through recovery. This is a "we" recovery program, because it is in the "we," that we find the new "me."   We focus on the four A's of Recovery: Awareness, Acceptance, Action and Adaptation. This is a place for survivor's striving to become thrivers, which takes a large dose of Warrior! Hosted by Kim Justus, author of In a Flash: Miracles Here and Beyond found at inaflash.org & "Like" at facebook.com/inaflash.org    More on Co-Host Simon Lewis can be found at: RiseandShinetheBook.com
