Just allow yourself to stay present , relax and let-go by allowing yourself to stay present with your mind- body- and breath as I guide you. This way your nervous system calms down, for a while your intellect and ego - judgment and analysis are at rest, your five senses are withdrawn towards yourself and not out in the world and all your five actions of elimination,reproductions,movement and speech are at pause - though our thoughts which are speech without sound may be still going on but can be paused or redirected to yourself,to your breath, to your affirmations. By doing so we allow our divine powerful spiritual energy within, our inner wisdom, our intuition to expand and express!
