Sir Brian Roche discusses social media ad review findings

A review into the Public Service Commission's social media ads to oppose public service strike action has found it should have handled the post more carefully. The review found the commission was not directed by ministers and did not breach political neutrality. But it did find the commission should have handled its messaging more carefully. Chief executive of the Public Service Commission Sir Brian Roche spoke to Guyon Espiner.
