Situationships or Pauly D? Who are you Attracting?

from Ask Mish! · host Michelle Blum

Send us Fan MailGuys, this episode might contain the most brilliant analogy I have ever made. I was talking to a client, trying to help her understand why the guy she was dating wasn't doing it for her. She didn't seem to understand. He was SO sweet, and nice, but she wasn't fufilled. Then it hit me- I knew EXACTLY how to help her understand- " You're dating a Vinny...but you want to date a pauly." Understanding masculine and feminine energy (which is not the same as gender) is SUCH a game changer in understanding your current relationships or who you are attracting. Masculine and Feminine energy needs a PR rebranding in my opinion, so I took it upon myself to teach it to you in the simplest way I could: comparing each of the 4 types to the cast of the Jersey Shore. This episode will get you rethinking your relationships in the best possible way. Let me know what you think on instagram at  @mish_BlumIf you’re curious what that looks like in your own life, I take on a few private clients at a time reserve a personal 1:1 coaching session with me hereFollow Michelle on Instagram @mish_BlumFollow Michelle on Instagram @Mish_Blum

NEWMORROW SESSIONS - A PodCast Series on the Future of Hospitality Mario C. Bauer, Florian Schneider, Axel Weber & Dr. Tillman Bardt The Newmorrow PodCast is more than a podcast — it's a platform for open dialog on the future of our business, a platform for those building what doesn’t exist yet. Here, we share and embrace our passion for the hospitality industry, but we won’t romanticize the journey. We ask the tough questions, confront uncomfortable truths, and prepare for a future that resists easy answers. We believe that the tougher and wilder times become, the more openly, honestly and humanely people need to talk to each other and act together. We believe, openness, togetherness, and truthfulness should also be cornerstones of a professional community to develop our utopian idea of „open source“. This is a space where visionaries don’t just imagine the future — they wrestle with the paradoxes that shape it: success vs. happiness, data vs. instinct, stability vs. reinvention. Join leaders, entrepreneurs, and thinkers as they share not what made them — but what’s actively shaping them, now and next. So tune in
